I write The Quiet Vacationer — a Singapore-based travel blog about making the most of the quiet moments between work and travel. Every hotel, flight and lounge on the blog is somewhere I've actually stayed, flown or sat, reviewed with the same question in mind: was it worth it?
Planning trips for others started with friends asking for help with theirs. The homework was already done — comparing rates, studying properties, noting which club floors are worth the upgrade and which aren't — so I began doing it properly, for anyone who'd rather not spend their evenings on it.
